Programme d’accueil des nouveaux arrivants anglophones
The L.I.F.T. (Lost in France Together) program is a series of meetings designed to help newcomers from other countries adjust to life in France.
Developed by AVF Le Vésinet, the program is offered as a free service to English-speaking newcomers having joined AVF Le Vésinet.
The sessions are held in English and delivered by expats and native French with experience of international moves.
The sessions are intended to give newcomers the opportunity to discover the French way of life and share information and experience around specific themes like running a home in France, staying healthy, driving in France, cultural differences. The sessions also provide opportunities for the participants to meet other newcomers.
Building on this success, the AVF Versailles is currently developing a similar program.
